Combo hits deal an additional 40% current Combo DMG (can be Crit);
Counter hits deal an additional 40% current Counter DMG (can be Crit);
Also restore HP equal to the additional DMG dealt (additional DMG ignores DMG Immunity, and healing ignores PvP reduction)
