Plume Monarch - PVP/PVE Guide
This is a Mid-Late game guide to the Plume Monarch class, this guide primarily is for those who have completed Awakening and have their main Pink Souls (Combo, ATK, HP, DEF)
For those who are before this point I recommend checking my Early Game Archer guide
I have added the builds I could think of, if you have anymore or think I may be missing something please let me know!
I will just go through the generic stuff like Gear, Avians etc and then focus everything specifically for each builds indiviual page

Foundations
While I will recap everything in the builds, it is worth going over in detail the foundations. If you are just starting to build a Plume Monarch, I would get these things first
Gear
The Gear you need for these builds is Crit / Combo
You can also get Crit or Combo / Evasion for some PVE builds
Souls
PVP:
ATK > HP > Combo DMG ≈ Crit DMG > Crit Res
Can get DEF later on if needed vs tanks
PVE:
Combo DMG > Crit DMG ≈ ATK
Prayer
You want only 5x Global Combo DMG at your highest available rarity
Avians
The avian for Plume is hard to choose, here are the options
Avians:
Sunshine Bringer → When starting this is the best for PVP, though if you get Cleanse/Ignore Controls you can use something else
Dense Cloud → This is pretty good for longer PVP (against tanks) and PVE
Lunar Sprite → This can work well in PVP if you can acompany it with a good amount of DEF
Magic Cat → In the long run this seems to beat Dense Cloud in the same areas
Firefly is also a decent allrounder but I feel like each of these can beat it
———
Affixes (PVP):
Shroom Combo & Rage Bonus → These are main affixes, I recommend having these almost always
Any two of the below for your las affixes:
Debuff Immunity→ Same situation as Sunshine Bringer
No Speeding (or Speed Disruption)→ Great vs DPS
Multiple Shots→ Good vs Tanks
Other Options: Poisonded Arrow, Barrel Dodge
———
Affixes (PVE):
Rage Slash + Against the Strong + Poisoned Arrow → These are the main you want for PVE
Shroom Combo, Rage Bonus → One of these for you final affix
Runes
There is not much change between PVP and PVE for these
For both I would go for 4x Crit DMG and 2x Crit Res (Saves you getting extras)
But you can get x2 Combo DMG for PVE or Glass Cannon PVP if you wish
On each rune you want Pink Global Combo DMG
For the secondaries, the left side will always be the same 3
However on the right they can change;
Top Right (Rune 4) → Combo DMG
Middle Right (Rune 5) → Combo/Counter/Pal DMG Res all work (PVP) or Batk DMG Res (PVE)
I would prioritise Counter for PVP
Bottom Right (Rune 6) → Crit DMG
Class Ascension
You can only have 5 presets for these and you cannot reset the Runes. So I will showcase my priorities for these and then specify what I would use for each build
Fusion:
To me there is a few options based on what you are doing;
Supreme Spirit (20% Pal Deploys) → Generally great, would be my first choice for PVE
Prophet (20% Skill Duration) → Generally good, could compete with Supreme Spirit one depending on which skills are used
Warbringer (DMG RES) → Generally defensive if that’s needed
Enhanced Ultimates:
There is one main option and one secondary in some scenarios;
Brand Ultimate (Class Skills not cleansable + 6% ATK 8s)→ It is great everywhere, don’t seeing being replaced in PVP
Rupture Ultimate (-6% Opponent DMG RES) → Could be better than Brand in PVE
Supreme Runes:
This is where I see the 5 presets being used mostly. You can pick the one most suited for your opponents in each anti set;
Ignore Crit → Mainly for Plume/Tamer though other classes use Crit too like SH
Ignore Counter → Sages and Warbringers. I would use this over Crit for Warbringer since it stops them reflecting your damage (more important then lowering theirs as Plume)
Ignore Combo → Can be used vs Plume and Beast though I prefer Crit, mainly due to Crit being much less overacapped
Ignore Skill Crit → Great vs Mages
Ignore Regen → Great vs Tanks. Though for MS I would use Ignore Counter instead
The last two provide much less benefit for you. Stun isnt widley used and may be more of a waste of materials. Class Skill ignores all Evasion so the Ignore Evasion one wouldn’t be doing stuff all the time
Resource Allocation
Where to put your resources in Tech / Feathers / Sacred Tree?
Simple… Attack!!!
You can also look to put some in HP later on if you need more, however at most I would have a 2:1 ratio for ATK:HP in this case
Items
For Items it is not entirely possible to always say what’s best for each person
For each build I will go over the top choices of P2W and F2P but if you miss things I encourage asking in threads or just testing!
Below are rough guides for Lucky Spinner and Rush Shop, these change based on what you have and what you need
For example Blizzard Visitor is great in some aspects over Glory Glow but if you have evasion for monsters and 100% Slow with glory for bosses, thats more ideal. Additionally if you had a high DPS mount it is better to waste a back slot on slow then a mount slot
