Some information has been found for the next event on JP, at time of writing the exact effects and images are unknown so below is the information we have
The event, Drift in the Heart Realm (Wander the Isle of Mind), will include a Mount, a Back Accessory and a Pal
New Mount: Angry Cloud

Lose HP to gain ‘Rage’
‘Rage’ reaches max stack
Triggers mixed damage skill ‘Furious Outburst’
Dealing x%; Skill DMG, Current Batk DMG, Combo DMG, and Counter DMG
(All damage ignores DMG Immunity and is guaranteed Crit)
Boosts Final Crit DMG, Final Skill Crit DMG, and Final Pal Crit DMG
(Stacks multiple times (scales roughly with own current critical rate, skill critical rate and Pal critical rate))
After reaching max stacks, gain additional Final DMG Res.
