White Gems
Here I will go through the best way to get them and over the main things you can spend them on + some tips on best ways to!
For Early Game Exclusive Event Spending go here
This is a combination of my own thoughts and inspiration from Faras Guide please go check it out as they deserve just as much credit on this!
Best Ways to Acquire
There is 3 ways you can spend, directly, through the shop for White Gems, or through the website for White Gems
The best choice is the website, you can get limit packs and VIP packs (once you’re VIP) that will give extra Gems upon purchasing as show below
To access the site you want to go to the Gem Shop and press the little present that says “Official Rewards”, this will then redirect you to the site, you can use whatever spending option you like here
Make sure to go into one of the two tabs in the pictures, the other tab just gives Red Gems bonuses
Fortune Cat
This is the best time to get your White Gems, in short this is more money for your money!
The idea is you top up while the event is on, certain amounts of top up give you another chance to spin, everytime you spin it is guaranteed to be x1.1 minimum and maximum is x3! So you never lose only win with chance to win big!
There is a maximum amount of $380.93 split up like this:
$0.99 , $9.99 , $19.99 , $49.99 , 3x $99.99
Gifts (Chest)
In here you will find a few different places to spend, Battle pass and Privilege Cards are the main things you want to pay attention to
Battle Passes
After Early Game there is only 1 recurring pass and the 2 progression ones (Lamp and Level) that you can buy early on
Shroomie Battle Pass

Review: I would highly recommend getting this one every month even for low spenders as it gives a nice chunk of resources
Level Fund

Review: This is also a no brainer to get early on if you can go for it
Privilege Cards
These are passes you can buy providing a range of rewards
Skip All Ads

Rewards:
Simply lets you skip every ad including reward claiming ones
Review: Even if you don’t want to spend I recommend getting this to save some time, I believe there is about 30 daily ads you can watch each day and they can be up to 2 minutes, so you would be saving an hour a day for this
Lifetime Pass
Duration: Forever
Cost: $29.99
Rewards:
Extra Dungeon attempts including Dark Trials
Review: This is another must buy in my eyes, if you play for long enough this will be a huge difference compared to someone who doesn’t get it
Trials Card
Duration: 30 Days
Cost: $14.99
Rewards:
This gives you an extra attempt everyday for Dark Trials and increase earmings by 50%
Review: This is another big gap maker, it costs more with it being 30 Days then the last two but well worth it if you can spare
Other Passes
Mining License - 30 Days - $4.99
This unlocks uncapped daily mining as well as 50% more Ores, another great choice for purchase
Monthly Pass - 30 Days - $4.99
This one speeds up your lamp openings, gives a couple extra Dungeon Keys and some other bonuses. It is worth the buy but not as required
Pal Feast - 30 Days - $4.99
This one increases all items in the Mystic Merchant store buy 2, it is a great purchase for this however also not as required
Avian Giveaway - 30 Days - $4.99
Breeding cooldown reduction and an extra slot, it is great if you want to speed things up a bit and have the reosurces to keep all 4 slots filled
Joyful Farming - 30 Days - $4.99
Not worth mentioning or buying
Event Packs
These are not worth actually buying however it’s worth noting they rotate weekly, every other week will be a “Rebate Chest”, if you have spent during it remeber to claim!
Spending Events
This a run through of each spending event that may come around, a review of the worth, how you should spend in them and how to know when to
Rush Spending
This is a complete none worth to me, more often than not the rewards you can buy aren’t actually that high a quantity
My recommendation if you are dead-set on spending in here is to first just check how long it would take you to get the same resources normally
For example if you were to spend $99.99 on a pack but actually that was only giving 1 weeks worth of the resource that is not close to worth, but if it was 4 weeks worth then it makes a bit more sense
Lucky Spinner
This Spinner comes every Friday and stays through Sunday. It’s important to note you can save the coins earnt through challenges (42 Per Week), this makes it friendly for F2P and P2W but also significantly reduces its value to spend on
There is a bunch of items in here, you want to focus on ones recommended for your class and then valuable passives, info on this is here
There are also Red Soul Selection 2s, if you want to ‘whale’ and skip a few steps this is the only way you can get these out of Cross Arena
I wouldn’t recommend getting Soul Selects from here as a Low Spender or F2P as it would take 12 weeks to get one, longer delaying the items
Bi-Weekly $£ Spinner
This is the limited event that comes around with new items, this is where you would direct most of the spending to
For Details on what to get in the Store within these events go here
Each event will look slightly different and it will have a different set of rewards. The commonalities are, there will always be a Pass, Mini Game, Main Spinner and Tasks. There can occasionally be a Secondary Spinner that unlocks at a different time (These come in a few types)
It is worth noting you can get Awakening Crystals from this event, if you’re new this is the only other way to skip ahead!
When you load the event it will look something like this:
(I would always recommend clicking through each label just to check what is what first)
The first thing you want to do is your Tasks and Mini Games as you will get some free draws! Tasks will always be the same but Mini Games can be very different - If you get stuck there is always a “Guide” button on the screen!
The Tasks will give the item needed for the Battle Pass (Battle Pass costs $9.99 and/or $0.99). I would always recommend getting the battle pass, there’s extra rewards in here and a lot of extra ‘Pulls’ giving more chance for you to get lucky!
There will be always be a 500 Pull (Back Accessory or Mount) and a 1,000 Pull (Mount or Artifact), these numbers are their guarantees but they can be won earlier. This Main Spinner will look something like this:
(It can come in different forms but very rarely)
Upon reaching 200 and 250 Pulls you will get the ‘Feather Coins’ used in the second part of the Rush Shop! If you are a low spender and don’t wish to spend every event, I would try to reach these as a minimum. It only costs around $50 maximum (Depends on how many free)
If you get the 1,000 Pull you will be able to select a new item (Even if you get it early), these options are found in “Prize Selection” in the top corner. These are previous 1,000 Pull items and will be set at a guarantee of 1,000 once selected. If you want one of these you need to be ready to spend to 2,000 draws before commiting, if you aren’t and don’t get lucky it won’t feel good
Occasionally there will be a Secondary ‘Spinner’ these come in a few different styles as shown below. The spending on these can get quite high sometimes but it is quite common for the items to be good, so I would recommend checking around to see if it is worth getting before going for it
Once you have spent, your total amount of the Battle Pass item will be used for placement in the Rankings, if you finish top 3 there is an exclusive Frame and Title for you!
There is a specific way to spend that could save you money if you find yourself going to 1,000 Pulls. This is something from Fara, if you plan on getting the 1,000 Pull I highly recommend you do it this way, as well as waiting till the last day of the event so you have gotten all the free Pulls out the way. Go here for details on how to potentially save yourself some money!
Starlight Awards
Starlight is an event for returning items that appear within the Bi-Weekly spinner, except the 1k draws which will only appear as a 2k pity in the Bi-Weekly spinner. Starlight usually comes at the end of each month however occasionally it is skipped
There are tasks to earn the currency as well as a progression tab based on used tickets, make sure to claim these along the way
There are 2 sections of Starlight, “Grand Prize” and “Costume”, there will be 2 Items and 1 Star (Mount or Back) in Grand Prize and there will be 3 costumes in Costume. When rolling for an item it costs 3 tickets/currency per roll and for costumes it is 1 per roll
The items that appear are completely random however more popular items will appear more frequently. If an item that is good for your class comes and you’re happy to spend for it just note that it can take up to $500 to reach pity if you are unlucky for an item
There are two features in here that are also super important, “Reset” and “Black Hole Cards”
Reset is simple, as soon as you have recieved the item/costume you can click Reset in the top left and you will be able to select a new item, important if you want more then 1 as well as not wasting your currency
Black Hole Cards are used to remove an amount of items from the draw pool, it is ideal to use these before spending for the item. You can use 2 per item and 5 per costume
Limited Star Cards
These usually come around Collabs however they can come randomly too. They are a Limited time Summon for Star Heroes
Often the Cards you find here will be very strong but it’s always worth checking if the card is good for you before you spend too much
Note: If the card is good, as the % rises with level, you may consider spending more to get it levelled
It is worth mentioning that this is the only place you can earn the SSR shard, it has a % chance to drop upon recieving an SSR card within the event and the % rises dependant on draws done
The event will look like this:
The same details on the normal Star Hero draw are here alongside the Shard details and the purchasing screen
I do recommend getting at least 1 of each even if they are not too useful in the moment as they will never come back and you may need it if you change class!
For more details on Limited Cards, check here - I will try have this updated within the first few days of each event with known uses!
Additional Pack Purchases
These come alongside $£ Spinner and Mini Games and often require choosing some rewards
There’s a range of packs each with different amounts to choose from and some with different rewards, I will gives the top options for both the lowest and highest pack. Should you wish to buy one you can make the decision off of that, these can either be okay for value or hurrendous depending which you buy and what you pick, I would advise any Low-Mid spenders to just stay clear of these altogether
From these some of the items are pretty deceptive in my opinion so I would consider how long it actually takes you to get the item normally.
Lowest
From here everything is very low amounts, my top choices would be Awakening Scrolls or Hammers in the first choice, in the second I would pick the Soul Sigils
The reason for this selection is that these are your harder to obtain resources that also provide lots of benefits
Highest
My top choice in first choice would be the Awakening Scrolls and Hammers again, the rest in here either don’t provide a high impact or are too easy to obtain
For the second choice I would go with Pickaxes here, the rest are once again too small an amount to make a difference
Merge Party Event
First, I just want to include a few things about merges themselves. During a merge, events such as Parking Wars, Pantheon, Theater, Weekend modes won’t be available, the week is designed to give you time to get to know the new people and all get settled into your new server
As these events are locked, you may think you can’t access the shops within them, however you actually can. The best methods are by trying to use items found in the shops such as Empowerment Gears etc, if you don’t have any of that item it will pop up saying where to get more, you can then click on the shop you want to get to and buy what you need!
For Pantheon you will have to wait till 10mins before reset on Sunday at which point it should come back!
The Merge Party Event comes on the second day of a merge and last 7 days, there are a few parts to this so I will go over each as I did with the Bi-Weekly Spinner
Firstly, their are 2 ‘parts’ of it, the actual event and then a Celebration task set which gives a few extra rewards as well as a bunch of “Treasure Hammers” to use in the Event spinner!
When you load into the main event it will look like this with a bunch of tabs to click through:
At the top you have “Friends Match”, this is a series of tasks for making friends. After a merge it’s best to wait till the 2nd day when this event arrives to make friends with anyone so you can easily finish the tasks!
You also have a couple sections for daily earnings etc, these are; Carnival Banquet, Guest Login and Carnival Schedule. Make sure to check through these and complete your tasks!
There is also “Blind Date”, this is where you can get rebates on weddings, if you have had your eyes set on getting the marriage bundles this is the best time to do it!
There is also a shop in the bottom corner of the screen to buy Gems of Love and Milk Teas, I wouldn’t recommend getting the Gems of Love as they are less value here then in Passion Post. But the Milk Teas can be okay if you want to spend a bit higher
Like normal events you can get a Battle Pass, the rewards for completing your Carnival Schedule tasks are the item you will use within the Battle Pass. I would recommend getting the pass here too as it is only $9.99 and getting rewards in this event is super easy
In “Hidden Treasure” is where you will find the main event, you can select 1 Costume and 1 Item
To get more you will need to complete the tree so you’d need to get all 3 of the available Empowerment Gears, the costume and the item
However this is a Guarantee of 500 Rolls so it is not too bad if you want to go for more of the items
The spending packs in here are the standard amounts you would find in other events. However I would recommend you wait till the end of the event as there are lots of free hammers around!
The items in here are dependant on the number merge. Each number merge has its own items set to spawn, below is each merges available sets
For info on these items (uses etc) go here
Merge 1
Merge 2
Merge 3
Merge 4
Weddings & Passion Post
These are only unlocked once you have 5k affinity with your partner -> Passion Post requires you to be married also
Weddings
The $14.99 wedding is most certainly worth buying, it gives more Gems of Love for your ring which provide great boosts
The $99.99 wedding however, while I think it is worth, it is costly. I would recommend waiting till a merge for this one, ideally the prior too. As you can get a rebate for purchasing during the merge event!
Passion Post
This is a great monthly purchase, it costs just $4.99 and through the whole month would return 400 Gems of Love, if your partner has it too you will get 700 Gems of Love in total!
If you are to push the ring this would be your main source of Gems as Fara stated in their guide!
Spending In Event Modes
Sailing Season
There are 2 types of packs you can buy in here, Speed Supply and Repair Supply
The Speed Supply is not worth purchasing at all in my opinion as it just has such limited and pointless benefit
The Repair Supply however, they give you Repair Kits and contribute to the Port so giving your server Repair Kits too. If you want to place high these aren’t a bad buy just use them wisely!
Drakebone Sanctum
The main thing I would look to buy from this mode is the $0.99 and $9.99 passes, these are a nice and cheap reward to get!
In “Packs” you can buy the Sigils for Stamina as well as Keys, I wouldn’t recommend for anyone to buy keys, they are grossly over priced for what you get
In terms of the Sigils, it’s advised to not go for any $49.99 and above as they’re high cost/low efficiency. However if you want to hard push you can get these
Note: Seems the most “Efficient” point is $66.93 including the passes
Packs & Resources
This is the shop in the bottom right, there is a couple pages in here however a lot of it is not worth getting, but i’ll go over it anyway
Pack Shop
Toothpick Eggplant Pack
The first pack in here is $49.99, and it’s the only way to obtain this pal however, this pal is no longer as valuable since the release of Divining and Guardians as we can now get way over 100% Crit compared to before when you would struggle to get the last 10-20%
I wouldn’t recommend getting this pack
Star Hero Pack
This is just 1 $49.99 pack, while Genie of Wishes is pullable in the normal spinner it is not possible to get the 5 purple shards out of this pack and the early game rush
As such I would say it’s okay to get if you’re looking to spend a little more however, save these shards for limited time cards!
Other Packs
The top 2 are a nice early boost if you want to spend more but I wouldn’t say any of them are worth the costs. Maybe the first couple packs but once it goes over $9.99 no
The Intimacy pack is a great way to early boost for marriage if you want to spend high, but I wouldn’t value it highly otherwise
The Magic Egg Pack isn’t worth purchasing at all
Daily & Weekly Packs
To me, none of these are worth buying the first $0.99 packs aren’t worth getting and after them it is higher cost for even less value
