Nightmare Flame Temple (PVE)
Supreme Spirit Guide to the Nightmare Flame Temple. This boss gives Pal DMG so is one of the more important ones for us. General information is more detailed or only visible on the first page
How it works:
This boss has extremely high DEF and high Ignore Evasion, so evasion based surivival won’t work
The best way to overcome is to keep him from hitting you with 100% Slow so he never reaches you. Then maxmise ATK to overcome as much of its DEF as possible
Stat Targets:
100% Pal Crit & Combo (Through Divining)
Gear
Pal Combo / Pal Crit gear is the only choice here
Skills
Set a 1s delay on Thorns Thicket
Alternative - Wild Gust
You can use this instead of Slime Bomb
Pals
If you have 100% Pal crit without Squirrel first then flip that and Hydropsrite
Class Passives - Pal Order Bonuses
Relic
You can also use Potent Spore here
Prayer Statue
x5 Boss DMG at your highest available rarity

ATK >> Pal Crit = Pal DMG
Talent Tree
With Talent Tree there is two main parts, End Nodes and the Stats. Below are the ones you want:
End Nodes: Blue Tamer, Yellow Tamer, Yellow Sorcery, Yellow Fury
Stats (Not inc base): Pal Crit DMG + Pal DMG + Pal ATK SPD + Energy Regen SPD
Runes
You want the standard PVE arrangement here:
Sets: 4x Pal DMG set
Secondary: Top Right = Pal DMG | Bottom Right = Boss DMG
Affixes: Pink Pal Crit on all Runes

(Reset your HP and DEF souls and all in Boss DMG)

Avians
There are a few options for these;
Avian: Smart Assistant, Yoghurt Champ and Pet - Genos are all options
Try get Smart Assistant or Yoghurt Champ however Genos can be a workable alternative
Affixes: Rage Slash, Rise & Fall, Against the Strong
These 3 are needed and the 4th is flexible. Enhanced Go! or once of the Pal Crit ones
Star Hero
The passive array is the way to go for this below are a few options
Main: Ainz Ooal Gown or Beast Soul Guardian or Genie of Wishes
Support → Faithful Guardian, Demiurge
Guardians
Tide/Hercules are both strong here as they ramp ATK up over the fight, great vs a boss with very high DEF
Alternatives
Zephyr Spirit / Valkyrie work as alternatives
Treasure Skill
For this as Tamer we don’t have many compatible choices. Thankfully here Kingdom Treasure is especially useful as it will help beat the bosses DEF

For me I would always leave base stats if it means getting useful stats
