100% Slow
This is a guide for the 100% Slow Plume Monarch build. General information is more detailed or only visible on the first page
How it works:
This build is quite simple, slow everything down so it can’t hit you and unleash hell! This build has a few slight variations depending one what you have so I will try to cover it all
This build is used on Campaign (For Wave Monsters you can use Evasion), Molten Ruins, Dark Trials and many others!
Stat Targets:
100% Combo and Crit and ideally 5000 pierce
Important!
There is 3 item options for this build:
Frost Mirage
P2W option
Option 1
Postitive: Frost Mirage is the best for single target, it has great DPS

Negative: It needs to be either 5*, Rabbids Coming Pal or Supreme Spirit Fusion to reach 100% slow
It cannot slow monsters!
Glory Glow
F2P option
Option 2
Postitive: Glory Glow is the 2nd best for single target, it has good DPS, and unlike Frost Mirage it doesn’t needhelp to get to 100% slow
It is also F2P so can be obtained easily through Lucky Spinner!

Negative: It also cannot slow monsters!
Blizzard Visitor
F2P option
Option 3
Postitive: This can slow monsters!
It is also F2P so can be easily obtained through the Lucky Spinner

Negative: Unfortunately it takes away the Mount slot which can be one of the higher DPS slots depending on your items
Conclusion
Ideally you want one of the backs with the mount and to use a set for monsters and a set for bosses. Or you could use Michelle build or Evasion for monsters
But now you know what you need to make it work lets go to building
Skills
If you don’t have lots of Energy Regen SPD you may need extra slows
You need to add a 2s delay to Thorns Thicket as to not freeze them out of reach for you!
Alternatives - Worldly Snare
If you have below 100% Crit Rate and/or less than 4.5k Crit DMG this could be an option
Alternatives - Wild Gust
On Stages 6, 7 and 8 I would replace Clone Strike with this, as they are ranged bosses and can just instantly kill Clone
Pals
This has been the best set up for me, if you use Blizzard or Glory you shouldn’t need Rabbids Coming though so you can switch that out
You cannot swap out Treasure Dragon, Hydrosprite or Tipsy Snail
Alternatives - These are all DPS alternatives (Somewhat in order)
The Boss DMG ones lose value the higher your Boss DMG is (200%+)
Alternatives - These are only options if you miss the Rates
Relic
The relics you use may change depending where you’re at
These are the standard ones
Alternatives - Beasthide Book
Early on this will be better until you have around 200% Boss DMG
Alternatives - Stellar Statue
If using Worldly Snare + Hundred Slashes this may perform better
Alternatives - Potent Spore
If you aren’t surviving the duration there is no good in extending the duration
Talent Tree
With Talent Tree there is two main parts, End Nodes and the Stats. Below are the ones you want:
End Nodes: Yellow Archery, Blue Archery, Yellow Sorcery, Yellow Fury
Stats (Not inc base):
Combo DMG + Crit DMG + ATK SPD + Energy Regen SPD

These are examples of what you want. If you have less stats just get the important stuff first
For me I would always leave base stats if it means getting useful stats
For these examples I have just selected the stats we are interested in to make it clear, you still need the ones inbetween at a minimum. You can click on the images to enlarge

Note
Start with Combo DMG, Crit DMG, ATK SPD, Energy Regen SPD
Then go for 40/40 ATK
Then start pushing HP up - this helps keep Hundred Slashes up

These are the best two Artifacts you can use
Void dice is only really useful for Soul Trials and Campaign as it takes awhile to kill, so I would NOT use it vs Molten Ruins and other alternative style bosses

These are the best two DPS Mounts you can use
Empyria is often the better of the two here so if you have both use it. If not I wouldn’t spend extra to get it, Gator is close enough

Frost Mirage
This is a different situation as Frost Mirage is actually the highest DPS back available, so I do feel I should mention it as number 1 anyway

Star Hero
There are two options due to 1 Card being very strong
The Active array is the primary option
I would still test the passive as occasionally Flame of Fury was better for me
Main: Ultimate Creator
Support → Holy Defender, Jolly Greenhorn
Support → Demiurge, Zoe & Grizzbolt, Faithful Guardian, Nature’s Keeper
Nature’s Keeper is only good as long as you are missing Crit Rate
The Passive array is the secondary option
Genie and Dawnweaver are about equal dependant on their levels
Main: Flame of Fury, Genie of Wishes, Dreamweaver, Biosphere
Treasure Skill
This is such a strong skill for crit users
Class Ascension
Below is the setup I would use with some adjustments you can make
The Supreme Spirit Fusion this will make reaching 100% Slow much easier so I think it will be the best choice
The Brand Ultimate skill is the main one I see, though Rupture is just about as good
Ignores none of these are exactly needed for the build, you could use Ignore Evasion maybe
Alternatives - Prophet (Eternal Echo)
Depending which arrangement of slow you use this could be better
Alternatives - Rupture Ultimate
Reducing 6% DMG Res can be relatively the same as gaining 6% ATK so I would test between these too
