Family Siege


Event Calendar

1. Sign Up - 1 Day
On Monday from 00:00 to 24:00 this phase will occur, it is an automatic sign up if your Family meets the criteria


2. Matching Phase - 2 Hours
Occurs on Tuesday between 00:00 and 02:00, this is where you will be placed into a Group
Groups usually contan 4 familes however sometimes this may not be the case
Over next 3 Days you will battle each of the families indiviually
(During this time Family changes are not allowed)


3. Preperation Phase - 22 Hours
On Tuesday from 02:00 to 24:00 Players can set up their battle plans
(If Family members leave the family during this time they will be excluded for the week)


4. Adjustment Phase - 34 Hours
This Occurs between 00:00 Wednesday to 10:00 on Thursday. This is where Family Leaders and Elders can adjust the tower layouts
(During this time you cannot see in the opponents towers)


5. Battle Phase - 10 Hours (Each Day)
This Occurs between 10:00 to 20:00 on Thursday and Friday


6. Rest Phase - 14 Hours (Per day)
This Occurs between 20:00 to 10:00 Next Day on Thursday and Friday. During this time it goes back to the adjustment phase


How to Play/Rules

When you open family siege it will look something like this
I will go through each part individually to help you understand what is going on


Buildings

Each family has 3 buildings, 2 Towers (Turret and Flag) and then a Capital
Each buliding includes 4 defense teams. In the Capital these are 3 player teams and in the Towers they are 2 Player teams.
Family members not in a team will be evenly split betweem the two Towers.


Super Family

Super Families can occur when one Family has more then a 40% difference in Defense between two families
Rules behind them:

  1. Super Families lose their status when a Family has a higher Defense then them, in this case the new highest will get the status

  2. When the Super Families defense is less then or equal to 30% higher then the lowest it will lose its status

  3. If Families have the same highest Defense, the one with the higher power in the Defense teams becomes the Super Family

  4. Only 1 Super Family can exist at one time

What does super family do?
Members of the super family gain a low boost in points when attacking other families. Members of other families gain a high boost in points when attacking the super family


Rankings & Rewards

There is 3 types of Rewards, Family Ranking, Personal Ranking and Defense Rewards
The Personal Ranks are determined on total points earnt. If you get top 3 in this you will get a Limited time Title and Border
The Family Ranking is determined on total defense across the 3 days, for this you get some Remold Tokens etc
Defense Rewards are per day, if any of your buildings survive the day you will get the rewards for that building

Set Up & Shroomdolls

You have 4 presets to set up in this mode. 2 Defense (Shroomie & Doll) and 2 Attack (Shroomie & Doll)

In the same type (Defense or Attack) you may not re-use Items / Avians or Class Type (For example you couldn’t use Warbringer & Martial Sage)

Everything in the Plans must exist outside of the mode (Except Pals which you generate in the mode)

You can use “Sync Set” to transfer plans from either sides (Defense/Attack)

Make sure to click “Save Positions” before exiting

It can be tricky to set this up if you don’t have multiple sets already out of mode, I recommend doing some research at what you could use. Early/Mid game the easiest is probably something such as Plume Monarch & Warbringer, For Mid/Late you could use Martial Sage & Sacred Hunter

These sets utilise most of the same background (Souls etc) and have lots of cross over of use, it is likely we will see a change somewhere in the pipeline that makes this more suitable for all players but still awaiting


Attacking & Defending

To attack you use “Action” tickets, you can only have up to 5 of these at a time and they will recover over time. Each defender can only be attacked once (But you can retry if you lose)

The mode uses 2v2 attacks via the shroomdoll so be aware of this when attacking - you can change the position of your 2 characters in set up (2 back 2 front positions)

Each Battle has a time limit of 5 minutes so don’t have to worry about stalls too much! (In case of stalls it will calculate of total HP both sides)

You will earn points on succesful attacks

Each building starts with 100% defense and becomes destroyed once hitting 0%, the capital cannot be attacked until both defense towers are defeated

Not all of the members in a tower have to be defeated to defeat a tower, as long as you defeat enough to reduce the defense to 0% the tower will be defeated

Defending members have Star Levels, those in Capital are 3 Star and those in Defense Towers are 2 Star, if not in a team then they are 1 Star. Member stats vary based on their star level, for example - 3 Star → 10% Team Defense, 5% Personal Defense, 5 Valid Defeats, 100% Default Stat Bonus


In Battle Report you can view both solo attacks/defenses and family status
